BAO Mission

The Business Affairs Office supports the Instructional and Research Mission of the University. In broad terms, our primary goals are as follows:

1. To provide efficient and effective business services for UO students, faculty and staff.

2. To manage and secure UO material assets.

3. To ensure that UO business transactions are conducted in accordance with all applicable regulations, policies, procedures, generally accepted accounting principles, and sound business practices.

4. To create and nurture a working environment that enables each employee to contribute to the maximum of his/her abilities to the overall mission of the division and the University of Oregon.
