Welcome UO Administrators!

We have published this information to assist faculty, staff and student employees in processing their UO business transactions efficiently, effectively and in a compliant manner.

Instructions are organized by business function.

Business Office Hours:     

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.         Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.         Wednesdays

Exceptions:          

The lobby will continue to open at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesdays during the following times:

  • Opening of fall term, September 15th October 15th
  • The first week of each term
  • Paydays

NOTE:  The Unit Administrator Guide is no longer available on this site.  It is being incorporated with the new Business Affairs and Purchasing & Contracting web sites.
