1. Providing efficient and effective business services for UO students, faculty and staff which include Student Financial Services, Cashiering, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Travel, eCommerce and General Campus Financial Services.

2. Managing and securing UO material assets, including surplus property.

3. Supporting campus use of BANNER administrative systems through user support and training, documentation, and access control.

4. Ensuring that UO business transactions are conducted in accordance with all applicable regulations, policies, procedures, generally accepted accounting principles, and sound business practices.
